How lucky is M de K with the colts draws- gets draws 1&2 in the Concorde in CT on 21st and draws 2&3 in the Dingaans . So be very cautious with any early bets until it’s clear whether either Mr Pleasant or Malmoos will go to CT.

For the Summer Cup, I’m very happy with my 25/1 antepost on Pack Leader. I think he has come back to form at just the right time and is probably better than his current rating- Summer Pudding may struggle to give him 3.5kg. I thought his prep run on Saturday was impressive and if you believe that race times are significant, his race was run 1.4 seconds faster and he was carrying 4kg less than her, similar to the Cup weights. Both will enjoy the step up to the 2000m trip.

Have to agree that Pack Leader looks the right one 👍
The 10/1 ish ew looks a better punt the 2/1 ish the Pudding.
