I think Molly is 100% in generating interest.
As far as I am concerned, the local bookies should have priced up, or Interbet loaded the potential fields for all the punters and bookies to speculate and request the prices.
Its only "10 days" to this event, if I want a bet in 10 months on the English Derby, Cheltenham Gold Cup or 1000/2000 gns, I can have one.

Just saw the final field for the Cup, and I think it is a disgrace, taking into account the comments from Clyde Basel earlier:

'Conditions for the race have changed this year, and one of the main factors for the handicappers to consider is whether your horse has good enough sand form to qualify to run. There is certainly no guarantee that a top turf horse will get into the field.'

I would like to ask where and when did Soemthing Else, El Padrino and Tropical Empire run so that they can be qualified as having 'good enough sand form'.

That's a farce if ever I saw one. Why didn't they just invite all DURBAN & CAPE TOWN horses with a turf MR of 100 plus, to come & raid the biggest SAND RACE IN THE COUNTRY.

WHY QUANTIFY CERTAIN CONDITIONS...... IF YOU NOT GOING TO ADHERE TO THEM ?

I guess the sand workouts at home in Durban is enough to get you in !
