SAICA actions are just window dressing to appease their political masters and the uniformed public.

MJ tendered in his resignation years ago but SAICA refused to accept it.

Now they will summons him to a hearing that he is not compelled to attend.

They will strip him of his CA SA title that he does not want and ban him for 10 years.

They can also report him to the prosecuting authorities if they have evidence of criminal activities.
