We need more trainers like Vaughan Marshall who can ready a horse after a break.
Clever from the stable taking Cheyne off and putting Bantam up then taking the 5-2.

1. A very questionable ride by van Niekerk on Gem King.
2. Ashby again gets beat on Arctic Ice.
3. Andrews can’t keep Cracklin’ Rose on a straight course and costs her a winning chance.
4. Mbehle tries to go for a rails gap in a 6 horse field and predictably the door is closed on him, and this bad decision costs Versailles any chance of challenging the winner.

And these are supposed to be professional riders.

Professional only in the sense that they are being paid...:dry:
