I have been in touch with HOLLYWOOD and they have offered to sponsor a weekly prize of 1,000 hollybucks and to add some spice we are going to challenge the freeracer punters to a HOLLYBUCKS weekly duel.



We will have 10 Clansmen vs 10 Freeracers competition for this weekly prize and the combined totals from the two groups of 10 will give us an overall winner of the competition, initially this will be run for a month, so with a bit luck ABC will have R4,000 credit by the end of the month.



I am sure you are asking who will get the money? Well I considered a few worthy causes and felt to stock the bar in the box at the big "T" was the logical choice,so as they say in the Classics "everyone's a winner". In the unlikelihood of Freeracer getting the spoils? I am sure they will stick it on a horse?



I will choose the ABC team for week one commencing Mon the 6th of Oct and I am sure Charl will take up the challenge.



May the ABC team win, sorry, typing error, may the best team win.

Howdy Dave ... thanks for arranging this comp., and adding another little bit of spice to our daily passion. Freeracers are well up to it, and I anticipate having a 'pool' of team members. Can we sort of negotiate a 'reserve' system of some sorts ? Something along the lines of the replacement team member/s must be communicated to the opposing team and Hollybucks BEFORE 11h00 on the Monday morning, as well as WHO he is replacing ?

The interesting thing for me is seeing who of the 'twin-site posters' regard themselves as "freeracer's" OR "ABC'ers" - lol!

Time will tell . . .
