Well I can tell you we are having massive thunder and lighting bursts in the Pretoria area and some decent overdue rain.

N.B Turffontein received a further 3.5mm of rain overnight & it is currently raining with further rain forecast throughout the day, a decision has been taken to postpone today's TURF race meeting (2/10/21) until tomorrow to race alongside Greyville (3/10/21). New race times to follow.

Talking to myself

Racing at Turffontein goes ahead.
After gallops this morning it was decided between Trainers , Jockeys , Officials and the Track Managers that it is essential we give the meeting the opportunity to go ahead.
The track was soft but with another 4 hours to race 1 , we do expect it to dry out considerably.
