If you are member of the (racing) politburo, you get to be among persons of similar ilk...if you are part of the proletariat, you get to be ______??
Almost all aspects of life are seeing this leftist ideology seep in and entrench tiers...do as the politburos say and not as they do...know your place / standing in the hierarchy and life of servitude that you are solely useful for...

3 years 5 months agoThe interface should be user friendly and adaptable for mobile phones. Track and Ball which is part of Tabgold, to me has the most easiest navigation to wager a Tote bet. Its not an "Open Bet" and it gets placed directly with the Tote. Hollywood is similar with their direct Tote offering.

Gee whizz, was Displace Time really 12.3/1 came to Greyville got scratched and then went out as favorite race time in Turffontein.

Re: Statement from 4Racing Chief Digital Officer, James Saulez, regarding TABONLINE
3 years 5 months agoLet's get back to racing - I too find the LQP thing this year a bit confusing - and to Mac, I think a 'normal' racegoer is defined in the negative - NOT a trainer, NOT an owner (not sure if this refers to owners with runners on the day only), NOT a jockey, and NOT a sponsor (on the day I assume) - so in other words the usual plebs (meant in the nicest way) who frequents the Totes (I assume there are still Totes ?) and likes to attend the odd race-day now and again.
What I find confusing, is that on the one hand they seem to be saying that only owners, trainers and sponsors are allowed on the day, but on the other hand, they seem to be saying that 'normal' racegoers can also attend, they just can't mix with the owners and trainers etc who will be housed 'upstairs' - oh wait, but NOBODY is allowed 'downstairs' (in the open air - where we are told you are much less likely to contract the dreaded virus) - so where do the 'normal' folk go - and how much are they charged - and how many of them (given COVID regs) are allowed, if at all?
All very confusing - luckily I am not contemplating attending the 'festival' - I'll watch from the comfort of my couch - beer and snacks tend to be cheaper in my lounge anyway
I see they have now come forward with a clarification that up to 150 'normal' (vaccinated - whatever definition they use is unclear) racegoers can book to use the Pocket Power room - where an a la carte lunch will be served - still to me I would have thought that more 'normal' racegoers would be able to attend - without necessarily being assigned to a specific room indoors

Hi Dave.
For now Tote queries must pls send to customercare@phumelela.com and deposit queries to telebet@phumelela.com
OK a bit of an old Phumelela type reply but hopefully the culture will change.
Maybe we can eventually speak to a person to take responsibility and get satisfactory replies to genuine TOTE customer concerns. 🤞
