I just looked at the Superman rides, the card and results for 19 Dec 2021. Marcus had 3 rides for the day. His first ride was in the 2nd race and he won on the second favorite at &/2 SP. No prizes for guessing whether had pitched for the post-race interview, considering that he was sitting on the 3rd race favorite that was backed from 8/10 to 4/10. I suspect that he had some urgent and pressing calls and or text messages to attend to that prevented him from conducting the 2nd race post-race interview. He duly lost the 3rd race on Napoleon (4/10 SP) and he lost the 6th race on the favourite Chantyman (22/10 SP).
Nothing sinister here, move on.
PS. Admission of guilt or not, this matter should have been investigated thoroughly before deciding on the sanction. The NHA should be held to account for their actions or lack thereof and Marcus (like Zuma) is not above the law.
