Harare days Mac ? the name certainly rings a bell, but I don't recall his commentaries.

who was that chain smoker / auctioneer from good old TOBACCO days.... her had a distinguished voice . Peter Lovemore ???

It starts around the 40 seconds mark. It was more of a tactical ride on Main Man.

Thank you very much for that Naresh ,reliving the good ol days.Im going to watch this race again with a dop in my hand and shout for Model Man again lol :)

I dont really understand interest as to where Presenters and commentators end up. Outside of racing they have no profile.

For me the horse and the owner are the two who profiles should be promoted and driven.

the jockey and the trainers should also be given more media time.
