What is highly surprising is the lack of HR reports from this hearing and misconduct. 

I'm not sure why insurance company would consent to cover with the information disseminated transparently. 

If the hearing had been held in camera as requested and officials in office actually attend instead of jetsetting to shambolic starts at Fairview, the insurers would be holding up the white flag.
