One things for sure...you can have the worst day at the office but you only have to tune in to ABC and read a thread like this and laugh your arse off and you feel ready for the world again...

To get back to the thread topic - teletrack is fast becoming the equivalent of an infomercial. "Punt here punt there but wait there's more!" - Rule one in the punting for profit handbook - You can't punt every race especially if you know zip about the contestants (except for the tiny bit of info supplied by the presenter). Interesting to hear Neil say "i'll read out the trainer's comments but not sure if you will be able to hear me as they turn the volume down in the totes between races!!" this indicates to me that the audience that is being aimed at are not the tote boys but rather the guys that are watching at home? Is that because the guys in the totes will bet on anything and with little form etc. Now if the rationale is to talk to the guy sitting in his lounge then perhaps you should give him more credit and consider he probably has the technical ability to download computaform UK so he can study form. If anything Teletrack should rather concentrate on highlighting betting moves in the UK as I see the money there often is spot on. Tired topic but second channel or Internet feed is what we need to get back the excitement of racing locally.

More of the UK presenters' input is what we really want. They know their stuff, they don't merely repeat the obvious. I remember years ago one of them analysing a 4 horse race at Brighton and giving a compelling reason why he thought the biggest outsider would win. It was a master class in how to look at a race and, yes, the roughie won. The race went EXACTLY as predicted!

BTW, some critical errors have crept into the UK Computaform. Some ratings are plainly crap - they had Kingsgate Native rated 27 when he was one of the best sprinters around. For many months now every race in the past form is reflected as a hcp. Has any of those geniuses even noticed?

1.01 lady luck is a man, but he does have a point. Some people on here really can bang on about Tellytrack.

If it were unbias and objective citicism I could understand but it isn't.
