LSETARO THE FACT THAT IT RAN LAST OBVIOUSLY MEANS SOMEthing went amiss, the kotzen yard has a superb strike rate and if you think its such a lay at 4 to 10 either buy a bookmaking right or open a betfair account..believe me the muck that contested this race will end up in kimberly so it was the right race to have a plunge

according to interbet 155000 was traded on the race mostly by bookies themselves ,interbet has 100 bookies on it but only person who is prepared to lay ,,that person will be away from around the 16th of december until after the new year and interbet will be like a cemetary..the other 99 bookies havent got the balls to lay like he does

Hilton that's my point. Things can and do go wrong.. often!

1/3 doesn't even cover those 'in running' risks, and that's before factoring in the competition. Just my opinion.

Now there's no commentary from Lingfield. Have Boswell and Wilkie's circus taken over at Tellytubbies?

Hilton I see over R300k wagered on my Interbet screen.

If the main man is leaving, we better get stuck in now

the stable got on at 5 to 2 down to evens and the public followed ,we all know that our bookies have balls the size of peanuts and it takes peanuts to shorten a horse in this country..you want a healthy interbet then let punters lay as well then you will see volume traded and when a horse shortens it will be genuine..

Hence my 'blind tote' remark, pirates. Our market is so weak that we get prices bouncing all over the place and they are effectively misleading and useless. I refer to the 'public' disseminated odds.

5/2 was still ok considering the small field. But 1/3 you're on a hiding to nothing win or lose. The fact that people were punting at those restrictive odds just shows how much the market is affected by perceived 'inside info'.

If the price shortens beyond value why punt it? It's not the last horse race on earth. There will be another..

I can only get Racing International here in the States, but there is NOOOOO picture from Scottsville.

Is this the same on Tellytrack as well?

How long are they going to take to fix the problem?

you want to shorten a horse all you do is ask for 2000 grand of it antepost and when they arrive in the morning they shorten it off interbet WITHOUT EVEN LAYING THE DAMN BET..as usual as you say the punting public get a fuck up the ass..i pissed myself with laughter yesterday listening to dean finder moaning that no trade was being done on interbet for cape racing but plenty done on gauteng yesterday..nothing was offered on interbet for cape racing so how can their be any trade but one man was offering plenty on gauteng racing..i ask you can you buy an ice cream if the shop is empty
