The fav will now win the 2nd race because this is how it works. Thousands of doubles/trebles/atc are screwed after the first race so the 2nd race is "give the punter hope" so that we can shag them again in the following races.

Well we have Mr. Mienie to thank for the beating in the first race, he sent the horse at the 600m marker 2 lengths clear, with a donkey under him does he expect it to win like that?

Just by messing up the doubles and trebles and the wins on the first race he is now the champion!

Actually Felini, the only reason I said that was because it is one of my favourite quotes from Smiley Moosa, when he still commentated. It wsa a night race meeting at Newmarket and Minie had won the 1st race nd then when he booted home the second race winner too, thats when smiley corked up and let the above ripper go!!!

I still think it is one of the funniest quotes I have ever heard from a commentator!

I have a feeling then you took the Alexander treble and doubles today with Burn Up?

Greg, I can't do too much damage as I caught two doubles going into her. One with Supa Sparrow and the other with Malangabi. (For very little money)

Now we wait and see I guess!!!

I thought I could blame the draw when things go wrong, but Strydom was drawn in the middle and he came rushing down the outside and ran them all ragged...........

Again, back to the drawing board!!!
