RXP
HAROLD STERLEY
TRAINER Alan Greeff has been a regular visitor to the winner’s enclosure at Port Elizabeth racetracks in the last few months and may be back after the main race at Fairview on Friday.
He is responsible for Jettatura in Race 6, a FM 90 Handicap over 1600m, and she looks to have enough on her side to win.
Following a rest of three months, Jettatura ran way below best in her next two starts before recapturing form of the calibre that was expected from a mare with her class.
Three starts back she finished just less than two lengths behind Hill Of Fire over 2000m at Arlington. She was not disgraced in her next two outings and reverts back to a trip over which she achieved most of her success.
She has won over the distance four times and has been successful over the track and trip on no fewer than three occasions.
Stable jockey "MJ" Byleveld will be in the saddle for the third time in a row and those who believe in Greeff normally get a good run for their money.
Seductress is ridden by Guillermo Figueroa for trainer Yvette Bremner. She beat Jettatura over 1800m at Arlington three starts back and has claims on that run. However, she looks weaker over 1600m, which is in Jettatura’s favour.
Hill Of Fire has an undeniable chance, especially if her recent form is anything to go by.
She needed her last start behind Empressionante over 1400m, a distance too short for her. Her last three starts over this trip have been good - she has won once and finished second twice and the horse she recently beat is Tuvana Silver, who is well above average.

I'd be conservative with the Kenilworth card today...Sunsational and Life of Pi will both run well BUT...
It just looks like a helluva tricky card...

I agree. How about Act With Honour in the last. Looked full of running when completely stuck in traffic last time and penultimate was a cracker behind a useful sort.
