Bob tells me snow storms in Edinburgh, could be stuck in the bookies overnight, weather here hot, but results not that hot, but Sunday is the day.

We have also got a snow storm at the moment. Unreal sight.

Seemingly they had hired frost covers for the meeting at at cost of £23k,they passed the morning inspection then removed the covers at 11am and it was then that a sudden dip in temps(-3c) froze the track again..

They still wanted to run but a jockey standing on top of one of the frozen fences with out it buckling and the trainers withdrawing all but 1 runner in the first race ,made their mind up..
