Gr 1 winners have been bred that way. Girl On A Swing, who won the Allan Robertson years ago, was allegedly sired by a teaser who went too far.

One race proves nothing but the way Sun Rising demolished the Kingsingers begs the question of which should be the teaser. Kingsinger really is not too good at all.
