Thanks guys. I really have to thank the starter because the horse can be a tricky bugger in the pens. Load him last and send them away ASAP.

Won very easily, well done Hollywood. Home safe and sound after a good social night but could have been a bit more profitable.

Just wanna thank Dave & Zoro really very very much for a great evening out, the box is superb, brilliant view, great hospitality, divine cuisine and out of this world chit chat...
Great meeting co clansman and forum readers especially Rigzo, great to see a young man getting into racing so young following in his dad's footsteps...
And Dave thanks for entertaining us and making us part of ABC...long may it continue...
PS: A pity mr. Andre West wasn't there and our good friend Tommy...hope you survived the snow another day...and see the warmth in the photos...lol

RAD,
Good to finally see you, rigzo, zoro, possum and gajima. At least we know whats what now
We got 2 foot on Saturday and we are in for another 2 feet in a few hours time!! Snow, snow wherever I go.
I stayed away from punting today and almost ALL my big fancies came home.
Natural High, Sealed Orders, Catherina Lady, Pierre Jourdan, Esterel and Opening Night. The only one that disappointed was Piper Pilot.
RAD, it seemed to me like Fransie Heroldt thought he was in a 1000m sprint?
I'm sure he will improve for this run under his belt!!
I'm jealous. Looked like everyone had a great time.

Thanx Tommy...glad you're jealous matey...get you out here soon...
As for the race...NO COMMENT...Awaiting stipes and Vet report...the horse looked like he felt his legs last 600m...
Time we put up micro speakers and mini cameras at the morning gallops and really see and hear what's up at morning gallops and have cctv in the box...20 lengths behind the winner...ah well probably lots of room for improvement...not much improvement needed into a float off to a dressage course...
Maybe change the name to Detzky's Disaster...i'm not amused to say the least...
PS: Well done Magic...at least you came through for us...

nice to see pictures...
it was a strange day: from normal turffontein race card i had all winners in a row!
six races. and unfortunately i had to go, because the last two were the both i wanted to play. i cannot remember, that this ever happened. a pitty: i was not believing my luck, so i put always just small money...
no one will believe me, i suppose...
today i won't play, my luck in the last days is making me nervous...
