been told its a little overcast , warm with no rain yeasterday . the track should be good!

Just a quick word on Laurel Canyon - she is well and we are hoping for a good run - on form she does seem held, but with 2yr olds form is often reversed - also if one take the 400 to finish times in the Computaform at face value (which I don't - and I really can't figure out how Southern Lights can be at the top of the speed ratings) she must be in with a shout; I think she has to beat Waywest Goddess, who (although up in the weghts) really toyed with the field last time (winning going away), but it seems a very open race with even the first timer from the Anderson yard being claimed.
