Amazing - I drive into CBD JHB this am- 9am- i drive into an SAP roadblock - The Constable says - "do you have a babalass(hangover)" i answer "No - I did not have a drink at all last night" - He replies, hanging into my car through the open window-" Bra- I have a big Babalass"

.....I was once stopped by a cop(SAP) in Sandton one evening.....he had one of those industrial size breathalyzers.....and was clearly.... himself drunk as a lord....he asked me to blow....and I said no.....you go 1st....he just laughed and let me go.....turns out when I investigated this chap....who again nabbed me in daylight a few months later and helped himself to R20 out of my wallet
....I was not wearing a seatbelt (not a SAP infringement but Metro traffic) but who was I to argue with an armed (thug) yes he had a 9mm pistol....I flashed him my wallet to show I had no cash....but un- be known to me my wife had tucked a R20 note into my wallet(strange normally taking money out).....but it incensed me....so I went to SAP buddie and found out that this fool was an ex-cop..... thrown off the force some years earlier for taking bribes....but kept uniform and still went about his corrupt little ways....
