There's 6 place payouts on the tote,anyone knows why HW has (4)on this bet?

There is an option bar to scroll with places 2/3/4/5/6 with range of prices

hi Dave
those are for the fixed odds.
Open place restricted to (4) .
wonder if bets taken,will HW rectify the error and pay the full 6 places.

.....and I have taken several open place bets for many venues during the week and received fixed odds....just today I played an Ozz place bet paying R2.50 but only received my stake back....the HW betting platform seems to be fraught with issues and today was most frustrating.....now I go back to placing bets with the tote and a smaller investment at HW......
