All our regular batters can pick up the pace and go at a good strike rate even Bavuma although he has a small stature but is more likely to get out thereafter but his average is over 50 in ODI's and strike rate over 90s. Van Dussen ia a weak link, always starts slow and needs to show more intent. His average also over 50 but srike rate under 90.

Only recently will top order batters have a strike rate over 100 but over time their average will decrease.

Hoping that de Kock smashes a century in his last home match today.

A batter made 52 of 10 and then 100 of 34 breaking the fastest T20 International 50 and 100 records in the process.

The fastest 50 will be pretty hard to beat as it will need 9 consecutive 6s.

The fastest 100 can be broken as AB de Villiers made 100 of 29 in an ODI against West Indies so it can be done in a T20 International.

All this tells me is that cricket has become a joke...

I saw a six go 10 m into the crowd during the 2nd ODI between India and Aus...distance of the 6?...68m...so boundary was 58m...we had longer boundaries when I was in primary school...

Batsmen getting vastly inflated averages and strike rates...not for me...
