:lol: no they won't. It's just the football fans and football media that do that. When England won the rugby World Cup, they like any other country went mad for a week then all quite. Hardly ever do you hear any reference to it. Same when they won the 20/20 cricket World Cup.

The football fans have nothing else to cling onto. Heaven help us if they do win the next World Cup. Generation upon generation will be reminded. Hopefully that never happens again as I am sure that English ghosts go around to other ghosts from other countries and still remind them of it.

i agree south africa will win this tournament.we have a strong batting line up and decent fast bowlers to handle the conditions in england.
