Football fans on ABC

I have spoken to Hibs and he has agreed that we have a fantasy league next season on the EPL.

We would all pay into the ABC account for our entry.

I think that each player should pay around 150 or 200 a one off payment for his team for the entire season

I will run it according to the rules of a specified newspaper re the points etc etc

If we have enough entrants then we can have some fun and prizes for 1st 2nd 3rd 4th and even for finishing last.

We will discuss the rules over the next month or so and then come to an agreement and get the ball rolling,

If you are interested in taking part please add your name to this thread so that we can judge if its worthwhile going ahead with it

So far the responses have been to make it simple so I am thinking that I will not enter a team. I will, if you all agree, make the rules as simple as possible, so we don't have to cross reference the papers. Foe example

5 points for a goal scorer
2 points for making the goal
minus 1 point for a yellow card
minus 2 points for a red
5 points to the entire defence and goalie for a clean sheet
minus 1 point for every goal conceded
2 points for a keeper saving a penalty (including if the kicker misses the goal or hits the woodwork)

I will think of a few more but that's the gist of it or if anyone has any suggestion please post it thanks

oh yes no more than 2 players from a team can be in your team and we will have limits so that you cant buy the likes of RVP and Saurez in the same team
