Are Arsenal a one man team?

the problem at Arsenal is not the players, but the manger. He does not listen to anyone and will not take advice on board. He earns £8 million a year and basically gave up all hope of Arsenal winning the league this season by not re signing Fabregas (arsenal had first option) and by selling 5 defenders and only bringing in 2. After they lose to United next week the fans are going to protest and it will only be a matter of time before he goes. He has done wonders for English football and Arsenal but he is now stale. It wont come as a surprise if Alexis leaves after one season.
