I hope we see many more young refs like this, who will not take any of united underhanded tactics
Di meara should get 6 game ban and the 2 divers got what they deserved
Alex Fergusons days of having refs in his pocket is over :woohoo:

if Dowd, Atkinson or a few others were in charge Man United would have won. At last a ref who is not scared of his boss.

There are some facts here being missed. If Oliver was such a good ref he would have spotted that both di Maria and Janujaz were fouled. They may not have been the worst fouls in the world but there can be no denying that both United players were held/tugged. If these kind of fouls are not deemed worthy of free kicks, to be part of the game, so to speak, then fair enough, tough on United. And I do not say that all teams do not commit these fouls and more often than not get way with it, certainly in and around the penalty area. Some teams are just much better and cleverer at committing these fouls than others. Valencia for example was penalised every time he went near an Arsenal player last night and the ref was p1ssing me off long before the major incidents. Not saying he was bias, just that he was being "conned" much better by one team than the other.
I have no issue with Janujaz's booking. He went to ground long after the contact and despite the infringement, he should have carried on and just moaned to the ref after. The di Maria booking is much less clear imo. It takes very little for this guy to go to ground, I have watched it happen numerous times this season and no, he doesn't always claim a foul! lol sometimes he just gets up and gets on with it. He seems to not be the most balanced runner with the ball. It could easily have been that the contact on him was enough to make him topple. Imo it should have been a free kick and given the doubt then the booking was very harsh imo... unless of course the ref somehow failed to see the foul. Whether he needed to go to ground I don't know, quite possible he went over for effect and did indeed dive but, as said, I am not convinced on that and I do think he deserved a free kick. He simply has to learn though that he can't react like that when things go against you. Sorry to say it but, take it like a man not a schoolkid.
All that aside, Arsenal were the better team imo, more energy, pace, structure and control on the ball and, sad to say, passion. They deserved the win. United are a pretty poor side at the moment.

God help us if you think they were fouls..Engles,why don't we make them run in lanes.
Januzai or is it Janufly has been booked 4 times for United for diving,Di Maria is just a lightweight in the PL. He needs some Steak and Potatoes and man up.
