FIFA fined Russian soccer’s governing body for racist chants by local fans in a game against France, just five weeks before the World Cup is set to begin.Pogba was taunted with monkey noises and bananas were thrown on the pitch.
Now the fine is ridiculous,Russian
Fa were fined £25,000 compared to £35,000 the English FA were fined for allowing the wearing of a poppy motive on their shirts.
Disgraceful
