Durbs - You have been trying to explain this to a mass audience and not many are grasping this. I say, if the punter is naïve enough to still take this bet and believe it to be correct then they deserve to be shafted.

I know Thor but now Bob just showed us that overseas the odds seem fair not like here.
Too me it's very devious and maybe our local gambling board need to look into this.
But waiting for Dev's explanation first.

Go to Ladbrokes, the Game for Barcelona today. See what odds you get for Barcelona to win and Dembele to score anytime in the Betbuilder. Looking at it they are taking certain criteria when working out the bet. When a team is odds on, the odds are weak when taking anytime Goalscorer.

Naresh what criteria?It's all bullshit,just think about it.
Nothing beats logic whatsoever.
There is now ways a bet where an anytime scorer has to score and his team have to win should be less odds than a him just scoring no matter if his team wins,draws or loses.
You don't have to be a rocket scientist to understand this.
They catching whoever plays those bets,end of story.

Let's put it simpler Naresh...
You look through the odds first and see Donny Van De Beek to score anytime is 8-1.
Then you go to the match builder and say I think Donny will score and Everton will win,so you increasing your chance of the bet losing.
Then you see those odds offered are 4.92-1
Which bet would you take?
