How bad are they? Three days I've called emailed and SMS and nothing - All I want is a simple top up(that I've paid for) to be credited to my account - this normally happens within minutes of the transaction not DAYS!! So now I move on to a new provider(NEVER have a contract with these people you will bleed !!)

They are shockers, my favourite is when I can't get through on the phone, I go to their shop in woodlands for help and the lady comes from behind the counter and puts me against a wall with other phones and computers and dials a telkom number hands me the phone and says just hold on the operator will help you and goes back behind her desk
