WHAT HAPPENS IF W CAPE RUNS OUT OF WATER?

According to the powers that be, the Dams in and around Cape Town have about 10% of water left.
You can impose restrictions as much or as severe as you like,but what do you do if water runs out?
Desalination?Trucking water?Super Tankers? or what.

I really pray for good news for the people of the cape...

We need more than prayers
Tap water already tastes iffish
I can't let my grandson drink it so we have to buy bottled water [not all can afford it]

SUBJECT: Drought forced use of Kenilworth Summer Course

Due to the catastrophic drought currently being experienced in the Western Cape, the Winter course was unable to be adequately prepared for the race meeting at Kenilworth on Sunday 21 May 2017, resulting in the Summer course being utilised.
While the Operators and National Horseracing Authority were apprised of developments, as were the National Racing Bureau who duly advertised same, certain sectors of the general public were regrettably uninformed due to an unacceptable breakdown in communication. Kenilworth Racing deeply regrets and profusely apologises for this unfortunate oversight and advises that disciplinary action will be taken against those responsible. The Winter Course will be used again this Saturday, 27 May 2017.

I see 10 races carded Saturday.

On an another note do vineyards require summer rain? Or just winter rain?

And that was just because we saw some showers forecast. If we do not get 100 - 200 mm's in the next month we are in deep poo.
