The illegal invasion of Ukraine by Russia will continue and the West will still be sitting on their hands at the end of the week threatening to impose even more economical sanctions on Putin and his rouge Government.

Energy prices are through the roof. The British Gov allowed the energy companies to remove the cap even though they promised in their election manifesto that they won’t allow them to do so. Now families are choosing between heating and eating. Difficult times ahead for millions but at least it’s summer time now so less electricity and gas will be used.

Sport has slowly become irrelevant with all these problems yet Liverpools Mo Salah wants £400k a week, yes you read correctly, from Liverpool otherwise he will move on. Greed has no boundaries.

I read what a match ticket at World Cup will cost. I don’t know if it’s the most expensive quoted by it’s an eye watering £724.00 The same article also informed that a return ticket to Qatar will be £1040.00, for economy???. Want a pint of beer? That will be £11.50 What about a hotel room for the night? £9000.00 please. I think that once again I will definitely be watching the WC on my sofa.

Durbs will hold onto his lead in the football comp but be warned the pack is closing in durbs.

You know CnC when the world cup was held here in SA I bought a ticket for all the games played in Durban for less than R1000,around 60 quid.
I think that was 4 or 5 games including a semi or quarter final, forget now.
