This guy is a bit of a loose cannon. First he says it is return to office for all staff; and then he says the staff are expected to work long hours.

Not sure how those two requests make him a "loose cannon" Mac. The fact that he has to make a request for staff to work long hours is more of a concern to me about the work culture and ethic at that company.

This guy knows how to get things done.

Sorry to be the bearer of bad news for the Trump fan boys on ABC but that will never happen. The Republican Party have had their fill of Trump. Looks like the bloke in Florida maybe the one as Trump can’t stop calling him names. Trumps red wave turned into a red trickle.

Apparently, this is what was communciated.

In an email sent to employees, it was stated that they “will need to be extremely hardcore” and were asked to click on an icon to accept or leave with severance pay, as reported by WSJ.

The email said “this will mean working long hours at high intensity,” and “only exceptional performance will constitute a passing grade.”

Elon himself works like 20 hours a day. He's a super-duper-high achiever (sorry for stating the obvious). He's just whipping the soy-boys into shape. Previously, twitter's main focus was censoring out any views that conflicted with the elites objectives.
