Who you punting this weekend?

selections from world sports bettings blog

Selections:

Ricky Fowler 16/1

Fowler was T8 here last year and he’ll be looking to go one better than his runner up finish at the Quicken Loans National last week, where some uncharacteristic inconsistent play over the final round cost him a winning chance. His game however looks in great shape and he remains hungry week in, week out for his second victory of the year on US soil.

Jimmy Walker 45/1

Walker is currently third on the FedEx Cup rankings and his consistency must make him a runner this week – he’s missed just one cut all season on the PGA Tour and has two victories and two runner-up finishes this season, an excellent record by a very underrated player who goes about his business quietly but efficiently.

Kevin Kisner 66/1

Kisner has really impressed in his first full season on the PGA tour, with 3 runner-up finishes and a strong showing in the US Open. He’s taken a bit of time off since The Open a fortnight ago but this course should suit his game – he’s ranked 13th on the tour for driving accuracy and has a strong putting game.

I cannot believe that the Open champ is 45/1 win and 10/1 a place......

Agree with you Bob on Kisner and i also like Patrick Reed, Justin Rose, Brooks Koepka
