700 Given the forward going style of the 2 likely market leaders Fun N Fun together and Storming dragon this should be fast run…I’d have preference for storming dragon of the pair but both stables have started quietly so I wouldn’t be taking short prices..Pearls of pangs could be the value as he ran better on debut than his finishing position suggests and he looks to have the gears to track the speed..there are others with claims including the class droppers at the top of the weights
730 Very difficult to assess these 3yo with most of them coming out after being running in conditions events against 2yo that were competing in griffin races..California moxie can run well having had a run this season and doesn’t have to improve much
800 Plenty of speed on here with Cheval Valiant looking the leader but that’s not guaranteed with inexperienced jockey taking over…Metro warrior will track but if Dragon Air Force can get handy from stall 2 early on he can run them down..Run Run cool is another thst could hit the frame from off the speed at a nice price
850 Awesome fluke is drawn widest of all off top weight but given the race set up I think he will get across..he will have every chance then..big runner…if Illuminous can get away on terms he looks a danger..Purton takes over on Turin star spangled(ex Devious)but I know this horse from Ireland and the mile trip must be a doubt..most of these want further but awesome fluke looks the one with most pace and that could decide it
920 Healthy happy looks the likely leader..having won this race last year he has a chance provided there’s no pace pressure but packing treadmill and possibly wonder kit can go forward..provided they don’t crawl I would expect the improving Chui chow spirit off a feather weight to run them down with race fitness guaranteed..
950 Ballistic win can get a good posse on the rails behind the likely pace angles All riches and possibly Highland Rahy..he should win and looks the safest bet on the card..Master mastermind probably the biggest threat but he usually drops in but from stall 1 that could be problematic
1025 Wunderbar is unquestionably very well handicapped and is better than class 3…there looks to plenty of speed on here and he can sit in on the rails and pick these off…only slight concern is that stable haven’t had a winner yet but they look to be running into form..
1100 Cracking class 2 to finish the card off and I’d have preference for Full credit stepping up in class off a light weight…there’s plenty of pace on here and while he’s forward going it should suit as he doesn’t do much in front himself…copartner prance looking for a 7 timer with Purton up but I think he’s beatable here..the pace looks to be Harmony n blessed and Superb capitalist and I wouldn’t be shocked if they stay there deep into the contest..I’m hoping the markets come for Copartner and I will be with Full credit to run down the speed
