We are about a month away from the new season.... As of now, the betting odds for the 2024 Formula 1 season indicate a strong favour towards Max Verstappen and his team, Red Bull Racing. Verstappen, a three-time world champion, is the clear favourite to win his fourth consecutive title, with odds at -400. This dominance is reflected in the odds for the Constructors Championship, where Red Bull Racing is also heavily favored with odds at -350.
Behind Verstappen in the drivers' championship betting is Lando Norris of McLaren with odds at +700. Despite McLaren's significant progress in the latter half of the 2023 season, it appears unlikely they will surpass the Verstappen/Red Bull combination. Lewis Hamilton, a seven-time world champion, is the third favourite, with odds at +1100, following a challenging season for him and his team, Mercedes.
In the Constructors' Championship, Red Bull's dominance is evident as they won 21 out of 22 races in the previous season. Their closest rival in the betting market is Mercedes, with odds at +500, followed by McLaren at +550. Ferrari is positioned further down the betting line at +900. Despite the potential for surprises, the odds strongly suggest another season led by Verstappen and Red Bull Racing.
