On the 12th, the JRA announced that 19 foreign horses have been pre-registered for the Japan Cup (November 26th, Tokyo Shiba 2400m).

Nor can I see Ushba Tesoro, Dubai WC winner this year and, for me, the world’s best horse. He won again end of last month. I think the above are horses outside of Japan?

I assume Japan Cup is run on grass, that’s why there is no Ushba?

I guess three weeks is sufficient for Japanese horses to return and run in the Japan Cup.
