Last year's July 4th won in Singapore today. I think it was the Gr 2 Feature with a Sing $300k total stake?

Real nice win there for Thundering Jet. Hope he now trains on to be a decent horse in Singapore!

A horse who can produce flashes of class. His ability is not in much doubt but to use a popular catch phrase borrowed from the last of his numerous SA trainers, he can be a 'tad erratic.'

And ironically it was Muzi Yeni that rode him to a great 4th in lst year's July - can he go better this year?

4 wins in South Africa from 28 starts, the best a Gr3 in September 2008. That was his last win, despite 14 local runs since.
He has a bunch of Graded places to his name:
Gr1 => 4th (the July, carrying 51kgs)
Gr2 => 2nd, 3rd, 4th
Gr3 => 2nd, 3rd
This was only his second start in Singapore and must go down as yet another boost to the standard of South African form.
Well done to all involved. It was great to watch him come home. Great ride too.
