Tommy, then you have no idea how he really won. If you can dig up a replay from somewhere do yourself a favour. That performance sums up why we love this game.

I'll try and see what I can find thanks Magic......Then the other truth is also applicable. I took the 20/1, 16/1, 14/1 and 10/1 about Emmajo, I had multiples running with What a Winter and her.......................................
Thought she had just got there as the other filly was stopping..............

What can a man do more?!?!?!?

I know it will be too short and he may need it but this Past Master is a MAGNIFICENT looking beast!

Hope he runs well for Mr. Adams

Bad day at the office today - this game sure has a way of bringing one back to earth; still can't believe that both Lago Lida and First Up failed to run in the first 3 in the last - anyway, that's racing as they say :(

That was a pleasing return. For a while I thought he could win, but I suppose he couldn't match the finishing speed of a true sprinter like Rabattache in particular. Past Master is very highly regarded and there are plenty of nice races for him coming up in Cape Town, like the Matchem over 1400m and the Green Point over 1600m before the summer season really kicks in. He should come on nicely from yesterday's race and is one for the notebook, for sure,

Stiffs with Emmajo. She just couldn't get there, but I';m glad at least that she's back in form. I remember her from one of the sales, she was one of the prettiest fillies you could find and if she'd been human half the blokes there would have asked her out.>:D<

Yep, been following her since backing her on her debut. She certainly is an eye catching filly no doubt, in fact all of Darryl Hodgson's horses are looking real well at the minute. I think he is a very decent trainer and I hope Mr. Adams and him make a go of it with some very nice horses!!!

She really looked a sitter at 20/1 on Friday and yesterday and I thought coming through the furlong marker i had finally pulled off a mini coup of my own ;)

Next time Gadget....next time!!!

:D
