If you ask Markus Jooste he would know i guess and also Larry Wainstein They have both been involved a while.

I dunno what your questions are but sure they would give input.

I asked the following questions and received one call to say that the Achievers day will be bigger than ever next year, I also asked that forums should not be regarded as the enemy, but customer concerns.

1) The Achievers day, what happened to the previous one with an update for the kids and what is the plan for the next one.

2) will we have fun days at Randjies again and what are restrictions if any? maybe sponsors, betting license etc?

3) what about the erratic tote payouts, cant we stop the cancelled bet and have a variance or exception report to pin point when problems occur and get to the root cause.

4) A final call for change from John, any comments on Johns post.

5) Arlington, any latest news

6) International jockeys day for this year, what's the plan

i attended function today on customer centric businesses today. Interesting the CEO roll very distanced from the Customer. The entity as a whole works to get the job done.
