Hell I don't know anything about this jumble of numbers you are all posting as my maths skills end after I run out of fingers, but I'm rooting for Hanagan to win the championship. I think he's been in front since the first race of the season (seem to remember him and Fahey getting off to an absolute flyer) and it's a nice touch that he will donate his last two weeks' earnings to charity. Although he's always been a good rider I never in my limited knowledge of UK racing had him pegged as a championship contender and having come this far I reckon he deserves it.(tu)
That said, Hughes is a great jockey himself and would be a more than worthy champion, although that seven day suspension could effectively wreck his chances.

Hughes cuts gap to eight with Leicester treble
RICHARD HUGHES breathed new life into the race for the jockeys' title on Monday when he rode a 21.9-1 treble at Leicester to close the gap on Paul Hanagan to eight.
With Hanagan serving a one-day suspension, Hughes made the most of his seven rides to move onto 171 winners for the season compared to his rival's 179.
Jinky initiated Hughes's hat-trick, which was completed by Show Rainbow and Barista, with all three winners trained by Mick Channon.
"That's just what I wanted from today," said Hughes.
Hanagan has the chance to strike back on Tuesday with eight mounts at Catterick and although Hughes will not be in action, he has a mammouth 14 booked rides at Nottingham and Kempton on Wednesday.
Stan James quoted Hughes as a 5-1 chance to overhaul Hanagan.

Plus dont forget that Hanagan has some decent mounts today in Scotland and could pick up a treble?
So maybe the 3/10 on that managan might be the answer?

Hanagan misses first two rides due to traffic
PAUL HANAGAN, in the thick of a jockey's title tussle with Richard Hughes, missed his first two rides at Wolverhampton on Thursday due to traffic problems, while Hughes closed the gap by two with wins on Mystery Star and Master Of Light.
Hanagan, who was booked for seven rides at the evening fixture, missed his ride in the opener on runner-up Riflessione as well as the unplaced Silver Prelude in the 5.50.
Traffic in the area caused the start of racing to be delayed slightly due to the official who operates the photo-finish equipment being held up in traffic.
Hanagan arrived in time to partner Charlie Delta in the 6.20. He said: "It's been an absolute nightmare coming down here. The M1 was shut and we had to turn back and go back up theM1 north for a bit before getting off. A journey that should have taken two and a half hours has taken five, but at least I've got here."
Both Hanagan and Hughes return to Wolverhampton tomorrow for rides, and Hughes is also inaction at Newmarket.

Hughes cuts Hanagan's lead to five with treble
RICHARD HUGHES, who saw his double at Newmarket wiped out when Paul Hanagan matched his achievement at Wolverhampton, managed to eat further into his title rivals' lead by landing the last at Wolverhampton for a 168-1 across the card treble.
It was a day of twists and turns in the jockeys title race - which looks set to go to the wire - after Hughes, who found himself 13 behind when his seven-day ban ended on October 22, had narrowed the gap to just four with a double at Newmarket.
Hughes, rode a 25-1 double aboard 5-1 chance Sweet Cecily in the Listed Bosra Sham Stakes and 100-30 shot Hawridge Star in the 2m handicap.
However Hanagan hit back, re-establishing the six-winner lead he held at the start of the day thanks to a double of his own at Wolverhampton.
Hanagan's wins came courtesy of 7-2 shot Whispering Spirit, who won the opening race after getting a dream run up the inside rail off the home bend, and 11-4 joint-favourite One Cool Bex, who landed the nursery.
There was yet more drama as Hughes, who had made the journey to Wolverhampton for two booked rides, picked up a spare on the Alison Thorpe-trained Pearl, who was brought down after Admiral Rooney suffered a mid-race injury and fell.
Luckily Hughes was fine and proved everything was in full working order when he drove Star Links to success in the last race at 11-2, beating Hanagan's mount by a neck in a driving finish.
After an eventful day Hanagan now sits on 183 winners, with Hughes five behind on 178.
Speaking at Newmarket earlier, Richard Hannon jnr said of Hughes's title bid: "He's obviously going to give it a real good go for the next few days.
"He will likely leave for the USA on Friday but we will see how he gets on this week, he might ride on Friday before flying out to the States. If thatwere the case, Ryan could ride Tale Untold on the Friday in the Juvenile Fillies' Turf.
"It would be great for either of the two to win it, as neither have won it before, and it would be great if they drew."
