Challenge to bookies - get those foreign guys to punt racing

I see crowds of people taking all to come soccer bets at the bookies - These guys seem mostly to have west african accents - Now I wonder if the bookies could not promote some type of bet where they add 5% to winnings if a punter has an ATC using maybe three soccer games and three races etc Very difficult to catch I would think but the odds would look good and the soccer guys might just show an interest in horses after a while - Don't forget the sport that gave you a platform to bet on sports guys - How about BETTING WORLD doing it first (maybe it's being done already I'm not sure)
