Whats up with the handicapper ?? (td):X

Rudra has run in conditions races in his last few starts .He has not performed to his rating in any of his latest races .Why has the handicapper not dropped his rating .Surely Rudra shouldv'e been dropped a couple of points already .This poor guy has to shoulder 62 kgs in the november handicap .
Imo he wont be competitive off his current mark.
As usual the handicapper takes ages to re adjust horses rating down where the action is surely justifiable .:S

Would be more worried what they will do to Galanthus

i would imagine Galanthus will not be penalised.
Harbour street to get 6point rise and rudra to be dropped !
Plain and simple full stop?

Me says:
If the line horse is Happy Landing, then:
Galanthus to be raised 2lbs to 107;
Harbor Street to be raised 7lbs to 91;
Rudra to drop 11lbs to 103 which will probably drop but not by as much.
Similar ballpark as Antsinner's.
