DJ Detzky - 50% For sale...

As from now - 50% shares in DJ Detzky for sale...please contact Charl Pretorius for any offers...

Due to circumstances my 50% shares in DJ Detzky are for sale...I notified Charl Pretorius of the same and will do the sale on my behalf on Gavelhouse/ Racingweb...

Please note that my partner will keep his 50% shares and any party interested will race with him in partnership...he is a good partner, the horse is sound but due to circumstances i am obligated to sell my shares to any serious interested parties at a reasonable price...

My reason for selling...

I came into ownership 4 years ago...been a supporter / punter since 1980...lost my business 3 years ago...Gavin Smith was good enough to support me through bad times giving me credit...my account was over R200 000 at one stage...

At present my business is strong, i owe Gavin R70 000 as DJ was paying the account,...my interest is in my 19 horses on the higveld with Heather and i want to break my ties with PE...My account is not the reason but i prefer Highveld racing...

The sale has nothing to do with finances but plain sentimental and as stated i believe all on ABC are concidered friends i need not to hide anything...I just want to get out my partnership and PE racing, settle my account and race on the highveld...My obligations are with my runners with Heather and no other reason...

DJ is sound...anyone can send a vet etc for check ups...I will consider any reasonable offer as iwant to break my ties in PE...plain and simple...

rad if you not selling for financial gain then you shouldnt be selling...horses like dj detsky come around very seldom so if you are prepared to feed shit until the next one comes along 5 to 10 years down the line good luck to you..

My report is up on the RA thread, didn't post initially as most Q & A are posted on the thread and you guys know more than me about racing issues...and no the sale is not related to the meeting or any kind of pressure from anywhere...

Plain and simple sale and i will entertain offers taking into account the new purchaser will want to make some money back and i believe DJ is capable of winning a few small features still...
