KENILWORTH
14 years 6 months ago
HI All, The sun seems to have been making its way out and hopefully this will make for a profitable days racing tomorrow.
My fancies for Kenilworth are as follows -
Race 1 - Effective Power, Its not often that Riaan van Reenen uses Aldo or his father and when he does they dont finish to far off at decent odds... Keep that in mind
Race 3 - Sky Capers - they say is a nice sought and could well end up fighting it out for 2nd or 3rd
Race 4- Sharada - (5m) has been victim to kak draws but always seems to finish like a tracer bullet. Tomorrow, with the favourable draw and 6/1 on offer - may well worth including in a dbl!
Race 5- If effective Power runs well, Soda Pop will place... RvR old canone! I lllike Miss Pink & Lamarr.
What do the clan have to say?

Race 2 SHIMMERING JET, nicely bred filly from Bass yard making debut in pretty weak field, 4/1 worth a punt.

Agree, already on for a small punt ... how is Mike Bass with first timers?

Would be laying Barberton Daisy to win and perhaps even to place as well as Laying Grey Rose to win due to draw as well as days since last run..
Lord Fort Wood and Lake Drawsko seems a decent place double. I would like to add with Lady Special but am a bit torn between Lady Special and Chosen Kid
Regards,
Loopy

What's wrong with the draw of Grey Rose? The race is down the straight and the runners are all coming to the outside the last few meetings.
