Someone must have the results in advance. There is no way after those two legs with no horse in single figure odds running a place can the PA be paing R25. It should be closer to R100. In the 2nd leg at opening call not one of the first 6 in the betting ran a place.

Its paying less because Rod is in the pa. The public include the tipsters selections.
