i know i live here and have been for 20 years. I play the lotto and thunderball every draw. Do you notice thats its alweays a roll over at the end of the month and on long weekends. Wait until Xmas then there will be 3 roll overs. Another thing about the lotto is how come they know what the jackpot pay out will be 3 days before the draw? I think that they have billions of pounds stashed away.

Anrewest I totally understand and rightfully the owner deserve to have the inside lane to the info after all we all agree in most cases it is the only way to recoup some money (how many trainers can really label a horse for you ? )but then the trainers must rather not go onto these shows and put the punters of what is the purpose of these shows then rather get someone like Robert Bloomberg or Mathew Lips on the show I for one listen to a guy like Gerald PEPPER(I might have his name and surname wrong but that is how much I am interested in his tipping)who talk a absolute lot of shit on the shows or as a presenter all he can say is well done guys that you got involved look at the win and place pool-If that is what people think we take for profesional presentations I tell you what I can do without watching or listening to their crab lets be honest get Mark Khan and MJ and Bart to come and present in studio at least then people will advertise on this worse than SABC 1,2,3 COMBINED channel 232 -I suppose just gatvol after another hiding at the races today:-)

Please Mr RA don't take us for fools - If the pool is closed 2 mins before the off for everyone then where oh where will these phantom punters place their bets? Betfair? Close the pools two mins before the off - teach punters to take bets early - final price reflects on monitor before they jump then who can complain? I doubt that there is any foul play myself but it is the PERCEPTION that the punter on the street has that is killing your product - As the RA you should put pressure on Phumelela to stop this practice before the whole deck of cards falls down before your eyes.

Mr H even with the 2 mins before the off, when our tote closes it then gets sent to "Aus" for the tote comingle to be added and then comes back, have asked if not possible to take overseas bets as they happen? but no plus heavy bets place before the off.
In addition with the new deal between Phum and UK we will also be getting the UK playing into our comingled pools as from now?
So you will see a big upswing in pools, especially if the cold weather holds and the SA racing being shown in the shops.

Dave don`t know a uk punter that uses their tote,if the uk tote have signed a new deal with Phum i can promise you it`s in their favour!

Please believe me ,if the bets are legitimate then the ultimate dividends are correct,regardless of when they become final.So why are the dividends generally no match for the fixed-price alternatives

The only conclusion is that the problem is in the model being applied,whereby the takeout of the bets(tax,expenses,shareholders profit and stakes) does not leave enough in the pool to make the tote competitive.If,as I suspect,co-mingling has added a further fee/commision to another party/ies, it has torn the ring completely out of it......and this aspect is unknown because of this mysterious confidentiality agreement. Suddenly makes some sense perhaps ??
It follows therefore,that,with an even bigger takeout,the exotics like PA's ,Jackpots etc will be even less value to punters but because there is nothing to compare them with,it is better disguised.Could the strategy,to make them more difficult and increase the payouts, be to disguise that even further?
The whole betting model needs review if racing is to survive the competition!

ARTHUR ANDERSON (one of the big 5 auditors) also found nothing wrong with the USA utility company....then the disaster.
reading the RA reply, one understands the following : -

1. Name dropping to justify that it is a Global company...
we all have global companies....".com"......like africanbettingclan.COM....

2. Approved by the South African regulatory authorities....Marietjie from the VAAL Triangle, MR. Brown from the Cape and the guy that took the jews for a ride (hiding in AUS) were also APPROVED BY THE SOUTH AFRICAN REGULATORY AUTHORITIES..

3. the RA has no CONCRETE EVIDENCE that there are no bets struck after the close...only some piece of paper from people they dont really know..and to make it sound legit...they start name dropping and justifying....

4. The EVIDENCE the RA has is equal to a PHD from ROCKVILLE UNIVERSITY in the USA...cost $1000....

MR RA, please publish the working papers from "GLI is a global company with its headquarters in the USA."...for us to see what they did
Unless they have PRINTED THE DATABASE LOG TAPE, they cannot determine whether bets are struck after the close.
My guess, they did not do it, hence the constant BULL being fed to the public.
On that basis, the audit report is equal to single ply toilet paper...as per the private box loo's at Turffontein..

Then ... start being transparent to the public...display the DATABASE LOG on your website...REAL TIME...so that the public can see each transaction struck...its our money????? (programmer can knock this up in 1 days)..

The DATABASE log is the only option to determine and view the transactions as they are struck.
It is the only true reflection of the transactions, in sequence by date, time etc.

By your replies it is evident that you want to duck the issue, as you know that there is something amiss?
If you lot had to work for me, I would have fired you day one!...for ducking and diving the issues...
