Does your bookmaker offer you anything for your loyalty ?

I remember speaking to a casino manager in Vegas who told me how players were compted with many freebies to play at his casino.

I am interested to find out what your bookie gives you, if anything depending on your betting size and profit/loss. Ruffian and Pirates come to mind.

Any feedback guys ?

Was invited to Cheltenham for the festival a few years ago all expenses paid,also been dined and wined on many occasions,had a vip manager that used to contact me on msn messenger etc etc

Yet when I went into your shop i was not even offered a cup of coffee on a cold morning.

Betfair once gave me two tickets in there hospitality box to see Fulham v Arsenal when they sponsored Fulham. The box was enclosed and I think I was the only non smoker. Almost suffocated, but still a nice gesture.

I do not think a competition has anything to do with this. I am talking about personal service from the bookmaker to the client in appreciation for his business.

They personally take my money and thrust the ticket into my hand.

Harris when in Vegas you must have learnt that the big players (million credit plus) are flown in from anywhere in the world and put up in the penthouse free drink,food the lot. You must have also learnt that when you lose money the casino pit bosses,croupers,waiters,bosses are your best friend. Win a large amount and they are still your friend because they know that you will be back to give it all back, but win big the second time and all of a sudden you are no longer treated as a friend.

Fair enough, but at least they got something for free. How many clients got a Christmas gift from there bookmaker ?

Not many as the bookies as the tote are in it only for themselves. Mind you we do get free pens at all the bookies and if we lucky we may get a "good afternoon and how are you today"
