Still 2cm (from 9cm) of FROZEN snow remaining on covers. On
Inspection at various areas around the course, the covers have
bonded to the grass.

Maybe they can run the King George at Southwell, with no jumps? Lol.<

Forgot to say the meeting had been called off

According to Racing Post the King George and a couple of the other big races scheduled for Sunday have been moved to Monday, weather permitting. It seems that Monday's meeting is likely to go ahead if (big if) the weather forecast is accurate.
