Scotia on the Festive Season X(
14 years 6 months ago
Good morning all and as the factories and offices start to close for the Year End, what happened to 2010?
I think enough has been said about JJ on the site but one last well done to horse and connections this can only be described as a fantastic "gamble" and a well deserved return for all involved with the "master plan". JJ vs Rocket thread
"a remarkable feat for SA"
We have had many interesting threads running over the last few weeks, I highlight the following.
Phumelela stakes release.............Stakes
Ebony Flyer..........cant wait for the Queens Plate.
With health improving started checking the ante-post again and we should try and get some even money on Kauto for Boxing day to pay for xmas day.
"Kauto has his eye on the a 5th King George win".
If we are racing at Ascot on Saturday the Long Walk Hurdle should be a stroll for Big Bucks will be short so maybe a double with the same horse for the World Hurdle Cheltenham 2011 where 9/10 is on offer.
On the subject of Cheltenham Master Minded is 2/1 for the Champion Chase and that could be a steal? New superstar Menorah has gone 4/1 fav for the Champion Hurdle ahead of Binocular 9/2, the Gold Cup also has a new fav. Imperial Commander 9/2 but would rather take Kauto at 5/1 with Denman 8/1. Supreme Novice is probably the target for Cue Card 5/2.
As far as the Classics no filly has caught the eye but "real deal" Frankel is 14/10 for the 2000 gns and 13/2 for the Derby, could be worth a double?
"the real deal could be a steal"
Would once again thank you for all the support and contributions in 2010.
Have seen the movie Mr and Mrs Smith where they fight to the death, what about Mr and Mrs Brown where they fought out a short head finish at the Vaal and Mrs Brown 33/1 beat Mr Brown 3/1 by a short head!
Has this ever happened in racing before?
As we approach the festive season hope you all have a peaceful and happy time with your family and friends.
Have found the perfect xmas gift for you are your loved one to share...............classic.
Christmas Gift
All the best and may your God be with you

What about the playing of our National Anthem in Hong Kong.
For those that paid particular attention to the musical arrangement, I am sure that you will agree with me that it was brilliant.
