Hibs.... i went thru their online suppro helpdesk... still didnt help much hey... online helper couldnt answer as to why i couldnt take multiples or why the exacta couldnt be taken... thats the only reason why i opened a thread here, hoping to get a response from Shezi, which he did do.

Im not one for moaning/complaing but its fustrating not being able to take bets (multiples etc).

I opened a betting account on 16 December 2010. I had two winning bets with you on the 19 December 2010. On the 21 December 2010 when I logged in I found that my limit had been reduced to just around R2200 of a horse. On 21 December I had another winning bet with you. When I logged in on the 23 December 2010 my limit had been reduced to R300.00 of a horse. I sent you a email on the 22 December asking why the limits had been decreased. I still have not had a reply from you. I then contacted the online number telephonically and was informed that the traders make the limit decision and there was no way that I could contact them. When I asked to close the account and transfer my funds to me they informed me that I could only withdraw a maximum of R10000.00 per day. Imagine if I got lucky and won a miliion, it would have taken a 100 days to get paid.

The question I would like to ask you is ; " Are punters allowed to back winners with you "? I have online accounts with Fouries Sporting Club, Hollybets.net, Krugerbets.com and Betting world. My limit with them is R10 K and R30 K of ATC's.

What I would like for XMAS is a decent limit, like the rest of our SA boys give or is that out of your league.

not personal at all. He comes on here blows his trumpet and then goes MIA. Now this bookmaking business is pretty cut throat and in the "old " days they could get away with having twats as clients NOW THEY CANT.

The shoe is on the other foot, if you need the revenue from him/them then what can i say......if you actually read into his drivel and look at some of the bets he proposes you have to admit it looks like its done by a twat....

Also some pretty "stable" forumites are challenging him on a daily basis and he mugs them off by going onto new threads and continuing to advertise RUBBISH bets.....come on now.

I realise that SPORTING BET is a sponsor,but is it not possible to get the organ grinder to post rather than his assistant!!!

Did you not learn anything when you worked for Hollywood? Racing is not a one day game. I don't think I would have any clients left if I cut them back everytime they had a winning bet. If you can't take the heat stay out the kitchen junior. As for your R1500 risk-free bet advertised on the bookies website !!!!!!!!!

After much reflection I have come to the conclusion that Sportingbet is a place for R50 and R100 clients only. Anything bigger and invariably you get punished for taking a winning bet. Dave I gotta agree with you - they obviously are not ready to run a major operation.
Shezi has been asked time and again on this public forum (and emailed by Dave Scotia) to address the issue of their rampant limit cutting.
He has not replied, yet continues to reply to other minor issues.
Shezi - this is bad business practice and terrible public relations. You need to establish yourself as a reliable brand.
If people are beating you on price, then employ traders that can read the market correctly. You will not have a business left if you just get rid of anyone you deem to be shrewd.
