As an internet client you have to deposit funds before you punt.... This works ok cause they have bank accounts with the big 4 banks so there is no problem with your funds showing up immediately......... That works like a dream for all parties cause you can bet straight away and the cash is cleared effects for them. The problem arrives when you want to withdraw! Their normal policy is that if you request a withdrawl before 9-30 am it will show in your bank by around 12-30pm. Alternatively if you request a withdrawl by 3-30 pm it will show in your account around 6-30 pm. That seems workable cause the staff in the finance dept work till at least 4-00 pm. To often though they do not stick to their own word and the excuses are endless! Pretty frustrating trying to chase for your money when you do win..... imagine if the receiving of your cash was that slow on their side how many loosers you would avoid backing!!!!
